title: belated happy schmalentine's!
valentine's day has passed but LOVE never does. instead of posting mushy quotes from the famous poets, politicians, authors and everybody else in the adult world, i decided to share with you the top 5 views on love from the kiddies that made me smile.

Children's Ideas on Love
1. "Don't say you love somebody and then change your mind ... Love isn't like picking what movie you want to watch." Natalie, age 8 (on how to make love endure) 2. "I'm not rushing into being in love. I'm finding fourth grade hard enough." Regina, age 10 (on her confidential opinion about love)
3. "It isn't always just how you look. Look at me. I'm handsome like anything and I haven't got anybody to marry me yet." Brian, age 7 (on the role of beauty and handsomeness in love)
4. "I think you're supposed to get shot with an arrow or something, but the rest of it isn't supposed to be so painful." Manuel, age 8 (on his concern why love happens between two particular people)
5. "All of a sudden, the people get movie fever so they can sit together in the dark." Sherm, age 8 (on how people in love typically behave)
don't they make you say, "Awww..."?
